This loaf is different than other cinnamon raisin breads I’ve had in the past. It’s not the swirled and squishy version, but a beautifully crusty loaf with nearly 30% freshly-milled whole wheat! The cinnamon and the whole wheat are a perfect match, and the plump raisins provide that pop of sweet in every bite.
