Description
Soft pretzels are such a treat – soft, chewy, salty, and perfect for dipping or slathering with butter. They are just the thing for a party or for a charcuterie board, or for a grab-and-go snack. These soft pretzels are naturally leavened with a long fermentation that adds to their flavor. While they’re best on the day they’re baked, they can also be frozen to enjoy another time – if you don’t finish them before you arrive home! I’ll make these available in sets of three pretzels, and they are about 4-5″ across.
