Description
This freshly-milled spelt sourdough would be outstanding on its own, but with the addition of local maple syrup from Rebel Farms, it’s pure magic. Baked in a loaf pan, this will give nice tidy slices, just right for sandwiches or french toast. (With more maple syrup, of course!)
Ingredients: Spelt, water, maple syrup, salt, all-purpose flour, rye flour.
