Description
This is our table bread, the sourdough we most often enjoy. It’s made with 25% freshly milled whole wheat flour and spelt flour. A versatile loaf, good for everything, and perfect for stocking your freezer!
If you’d like your bread sliced, head on back to orders and select ‘sliced sourdough house loaf’ instead!
Ingredients: flours (bread flour, whole wheat flour, spelt flour, and a bit of rye flour), water, starter, and salt.
