Description
Babka is a sweet bread that has layers of filling rolled up, then cut and twisted to give it a beautiful shape and swirls of filling in each bite! I’m making this version with raspberries and white chocolate. The natural leavening (aka sourdough) just adds more depth to the flavor without making it sour. If you haven’t had a sweet sourdough bread before, this is a great one to try! These are mini babka loaves, about 3×6″.
